Mixed for brightening dark evenings. Use this candle in your Home Scent Practice to accompany and ease the long Winter.

Midwinter is a rich, woody scent with a deeply perfumed base from the addition of oud. The scent finishes with a green note from the pine oil.

Our Pillar Refills make it so easy to top up your scented candles! They’re designed to fit into our artisan-made ceramic candle pots and you just pop them in, burn and go. So simple!

Once you’ve chosen which of our original scents you’d like, just order your Pillar Refill, wait for it to arrive, and then drop it into your empty candle pot.

Pillar Refills are not pillar candles, they must be burned in a container and are designed to be safely burned inside a GHFS candle pot where they will burn cleanly for their full burn time.

We make our candles in small batches here on our Welsh farm. Each one is made with essential and botanical oils and hand-poured with care using our eco-friendly, plant-based wax.

Returns:

If your candle (or anything else, for that matter) isn’t quite right, we will of course take it back and refund you the full amount.

Do make sure the item is in its original condition - we can’t accept candles that have been lit, or matches that have been struck - unless the item is, for some reason, faulty.

Every one of our ceramic candle pots is handmade, here in the UK, by a skilled artisan. Every candle is hand poured on our Welsh farm. There will be slight differences from pot to pot and candle to candle, this is part of the beauty of the creative process.

We believe in treading lighting on this beautiful planet. All of our handmade ceramic candle pots are designed to be treasured for a lifetime, used again and again with our Pillar Refills.

Gently coax out the last of the wax and the wick sustainer with a teaspoon then clean your candle pot thoroughly with hot water and soap. Don’t use boiling water or you risk cracking your pot.
