To make things as clear and simple as possible we've listed our shipping options here:
Delivery:
We send all our orders via Royal Mail. All orders, however, that include matches (that includes all of our match pots) have to be send via Evri.
UK Standard
Free Tracked 48 Royal Mail (or Standard Evri) delivery on orders £50 and above.
£3.00 Tracked 48 Royal Mail (or Standard Evri) delivery on orders below £10.
£3.50 Tracked 48 Royal Mail (or Standard Evri) delivery on orders over £10 and below £50.
UK Express
£2.50 Tracked 24(hr) Royal Mail (or Next Day Evri) delivery on orders £50 and above.
£4.00 Tracked 24(hr) Royal Mail (or Next Day Evri) delivery on orders below £10.
£5.50 Tracked 24(hr) Royal Mail (or Next Day Evri) delivery on orders over £10 and below £50.
Northern Ireland
Our standard and express shipping rates apply to all UK orders, including Northern Ireland.
The exception is for orders that include matches - see rates below:
Free Standard Evri for all orders, including matches, £100 or above.
£7.50 Standard Evri for all orders, including matches, below £100.
Returns:
If your candle (or anything else, for that matter) isn’t quite right, we will of course accept it back and refund you the full amount.
Do make sure the item is in its original condition - we can’t accept candles that have been lit, or matches that have been struck - unless the item is, for some reason, faulty.
