Returns Policy

We know it’s tricky shopping for scents online. So, if your candle (or anything else, for that matter) isn’t quite right, we will of course take it back and refund you the full amount.

Do make sure the item is in its original condition - we can’t accept candles that have been lit, or matches that have been struck - unless the item is, for some reason, faulty.

We accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase (this is extended to 60 days for purchases made in November and December). 

For a refund, please email us at hello@greathousefarmstores.co.uk stating your name and order number and let us know the reason for the refund. Then pack up your item safely and post it back to us at:

When we receive the item back safe and sound, we’ll process the full refund, minus the original shipping fee. Please do include a note with your order number and name.
