How our Pack & Post service works

(And how it can save you a trip to the Post Office!)

 

Our Pack & Post shipping option, for our Poured Candle Refills, takes the hassle out of sending us your empty candle pot to be filled.

If you select Pack & Post as your shipping option we'll send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage box ready for you to pop your candle pot in. We then help arrange collection with the Royal Mail so you don't even have to go to the Post Office.

Pack & Post costs £3.90 per candle pot (if you’d like to send us more than one pot at a time then drop us an email and we’ll arrange a bespoke Pack & Post service for your order).

Using Pack & Post makes it straightforward and simple to get us your empty candle pot and, importantly, makes it easy for you to get a gorgeous new refilled candle, ready to transform your days.
