This handmade match pot helps add a moment of mindfulness as you light your favourite scented candle. Let its tactile feel and beautiful glaze help root you in the moment as you strike your match and breathe in the fragrance of our powerful Original Scent Recipes. 

This beautiful little pot was made by talented British ceramicist Lucy Young. Two green tones layer over a flecked clay. Warmth and depth is added with a subtle mauve. And it coordinates gorgeously with our Spring '24 candle. 

Every one of our match pots comes complete with one of our Match Stick and Strike Pad Refill Bundles in our signature Off-White. These include 50 extra long safety matches, perfect for lighting your scented candles with as well as a fresh strike pad.

Our Match Stick and Strike Pad Refill Bundles can be bought separately so you never lose that spark, and are available in array of colours, including rainbow.

Pot dimensions: 7cm X 6cm

Every one of our ceramic match pots is handmade, here in the UK, by a skilled artisan. There will be slight differences from pot to pot, this is part of the beauty of the creative process in ceramics.

Our Story

Great House Farm Stores was founded by sisters Abbie Price and Roanna Day. After the life-long city girls moved to the Welsh countryside, they discovered the life-giving, nourishing impact of living attuned to the seasons. Now, drawing on a heritage of scent practice from their mother, the sisters craft their peerless refillable candles around the kitchen table of their little Welsh farm. Each candle contains an Original Scent Recipe, a fragrance like no other, designed to change how you feel. 

Great House Farm Stores designed Home Scent Practice, the art of transforming every moment with scent, and together the sisters are dedicated to spreading the word about the power of scent.
